Hanna Antonsson

Hanna Antonsson (b. 1991) is a Swedish artist based in Gothenburg. Her work combines bird taxidermy, sculpture, and photography, focusing on the coexistence and conflict between nature and technology.

Using wings from birds killed as roadkill, she creates hybrid forms animated through electronics merged with scrap car parts. Antonsson’s practice reflects on transformation, life and death, and traces of human intervention in the environment.
